Great for the market

First of all I would like to point out that the laptop is incredibly lite weight and it is quite robust.

– Intel SU4100 only consumes 10 watts at its max. Fast enough for what I am on my laptop. I am a student of the way, transferability, which came to my head.
– Intel GMA4500 and GS45 are enough for me. Watch some movies here and there. GS45 consumes 12 watts at its max.
– 250GB HDD Western Digital. Not the best, surf but its purpose. It's constantly in the low-power mode and parks the R / W head. Generated noise as a whisper. Not audible at all.
– The keyboard makes this Notebook stand out even more. Lenovo claims it is an ergonomic keyboard and Lenovo were right. It is to be very pleasant, and I make fewer errors in comparison to my previous 15.6 "laptop.
– The design of this laptop is absolutely amazing and is not a fingerprint magnet. It has this design checker on the lid of the laptop and it is beveled, which means it has some sort of depth.

– If I had wanted this laptop with Intel 5100 AGN + BT 2.1, but I think I'm asking too much for its price.
– Came with Windows 7 Home Prem 32 bit, I would have preferred 64-bit Edition, but I immediately deleted it and installed 64-bit Edition of Win 7th
– Comes with a few bloatware, which are removable.
– The cover can have a little give when pressed from the top
– DDR3 RAM clocked 400MHz is because RAM is @ a ½ of the FSB with GS45 chipset. It is not a Problem, as memory benchmarks have shown very little difference between DDR2 and DDR3 RAM, so it better battery life. (Tom's HW)

[Other Thoughts]
– I performed several tests, both the CPU and GS45 (GPU Stress + Memory Controller) and I / O (ICH9-M) for some time and was clearly a surprise SU4100 at 60C and the total consumption of this laptop was less than 30 watts. (Tested with "Kill A Watt" meter)

A Great PC with ULV Average battery life

So, I have extensive research on the ULV-class laptops Asus, Acer, Toshiba and Lenovo. My main goal was to bridge a mid-range ($ 500-700) CULV laptop with Windows 7 buy me over until the release of the Asus UL80-JT (I3 CULV be automatic with switchable graphics cards and 12 hours of battery life), published in the course of the year.

(Asus will not, but 12 hours to 9 in the vicinity, but rates are still above the Lenovo). So, I finally find myself a bit annoyed when I have the Lenovo plug in.

The laptop runs cool and quiet and no real noticeable fan noise.

I think the only con on this laptop is the battery life compared to other laptops in its class. – Not sure if the SIM card slot exists in the marketed product manual

– Lenovo bloatware (I think I have flash ads on the desktop to see)

Light, fast and cool

Very lightweight computer, I have Windows Vista on, and it's fast, it runs very cool, the battery does not last more than 4.5 hours, but it's enough for what I need. I have Lenovo for a private business use, on the recommendation of my friend and business partner who is an IT professional and got one for his teenage daughter. I am a total satisfied – I had to make from Amazon and it was here paid on time (for the next day svc.) And in a sound. Setup as an advanced user simply was. Computers were minimal bloatware (factory installed 3rd part software that you do not usually want or need), which was easy to remove – something that Dell and HP secure can not manage. ALMOST amazing

After much debate I decided to purchase a Lenovo G560. Spec wise, an i5 processor, 4GB RAM, LED display, elegant design, quality and Lenovo made it seem like a bargain. Off the bat I had to agree. The fit and finish are first class. I was not by the smuding disturbed from outside, because when the screen is open, can not see it! If you work on your PC, it feels like a desktop, the place is very well utilized. The look is minimalist and elegant. IMO it would chiclet style keys, it would still be a nicer interior setup as Apple. The keyboard is nice to type. The shift key is a bit small, but this does not really lead to any functional problems. In addition, the number pad a little bit closely, especially when you have big fingers. I do not have so much trouble with the trackpad than others. It has a nice textured feel and supports multi-touch. The integrated Buttons appear, although nice, are a bit complicated, because it seems like the entire pad clicks, but you have to press in the designated area for him to work. I use a great wireless mouse so this is not a problem. The screen is absolutely magnificent. The only screen looks better is the optional high resolution screen the apples. Windows 7 works very quickly on this computer with super fast startup and shutdown.
